A Kingdom Perspective!

A Kingdom Perspective!

Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” (KJV-Philippians 2:3.)

What does the term “Kingdom perspective” mean? As born-again believers, we readily agree that we live our lives with a “Kingdom perspective.” So, exactly what does it mean to have a “Kingdom perspective?” My friends, it all begins with our Creator God. It means viewing our lives through His authority, sovereignty, and righteousness; knowing “whose we are” because we have been made right with God through the precious redeeming blood of Jesus! “For ye are bought with a price: therefore, glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” (KJV- 1 Corinthians 6:20.)

God is our Creator. While some may deny Him, His existence is evident in all creation. So, you will either edge God out (EGO) of your life with two impostors called pride and fear, or you will exalt God only (EGO) through a submissive and obedient will. This results in two faithful friends called humility and a God-given confidence. Scripture tells us to Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.” (KJV-Philippians 2:3.)

When we’ve been washed in the precious blood of the Lamb. We know and are confident in “who we are, ” our identity and security are in Christ“And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him:”(KJV John 10:6.)

The Satanic impostors of pride and fear that creep in our lives during difficult and trying circumstances must flee-why? because there is nothing that can come between Him and us! “For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (KJV Romans 8:38-39.)

This assurance leads us to the truth: we are kept by His unconditional love, a gift that no one and nothing can ever take away. Knowing that it is possible for our Holy and Righteous God to love us, regardless of where we are in life or how bad things have been… His love is freely given, and it grounds us in the confidence that we are His beloved children! “Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” (KJV Isaiah 1:18.)

When we embrace, through hope, the love within us, it provides the spiritual strength we need to fulfill our God-given purpose. Then, and only then, do we overcome the fear, pain, and struggles we face, trading them for the peace so graciously given by our Heavenly Father.

Let us learn to lean and depend on God to carry out His divine plan for our lives. He gives us the peace of mind and strength to run the race that is set before us. Following where Jesus leads and doing good to and for others should be the business of our lives. That’s having a kingdom perspective!

“Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.” So, as the Apostle Paul wrote: “ I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus!”(KJV Philippians 3:12,14.)

God’s blessings, peace, and strength to run your race with a Kingdom perspective!
