Lovingly Made by God!
“What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.” Psalm 8:4-5.
“Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” Hebrews 11:3.
What are your thoughts when you gaze at the skies above at night? The stars, the moon, and other celestial bodies in the heavens above; we can clearly see them with our natural eye, and they provide heat, light, water, and the necessity to maintain our existence … yet they all provide evidence and undeniable proof of our invisible God, who is eternal, infinitely wise, all powerful, and the essence of all that is good!
What about us- the scripture reminds us of God’s mindfulness of man- “What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.” Psalm 8:4-5.
God through His divine providence, created man in His likeness… when we compare the celestial heavens and all that show God’s glory…man is weak, frail and sinful; but underneath it all we see God’s amazing grace being bestowed upon mankind from the foundation of the world…Genesis 3:15 state “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.”
Salvation from eternal damnation came through the birth canal of His marvelous creation of humankind (woman)…our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ- God manifested in the flesh; my friends, the scripture points to this “man” who atoned for the sins of the entire world with His precious blood!
Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, suffered, died, and rose from the grave on the third day morning, He was exalted above all and now sits on the right hand of the Father- evidence of God’s grace on display-that’s love!
If by some chance your life circumstances, may have you feeling unloved, unappreciated, misused, abused, and even rejected…know today that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and God has always had a divine purpose for the life of His beloved creation… hold on, the best is yet to come… “But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.“
1 Corinthians 2:9.
