Hallelujah!

Hallelujah!

“Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” Psalm 150:6

Hallelujah is the highest praise given to God…it is the same in every nation and tongue. It is the universal language of praise. In all that we do, accomplish, encounter favorable or unfavorable; down to the very air that we breathe, it all comes from our Creator, the Sovereign of the universe Who says, “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.” Revelations 1:8

Everything exists and moves by His power, therefore, “Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” Psalm 150:6. All creation must burst forth in praise, celebrating and proclaiming His goodness…hallelujah, our God is mighty and omnipotent!

There is no greater joy that can be expressed than to come into the heavenly sanctuary way deep down in our souls and worship God…faithfully coming into His presence with thanksgiving, forgetting about all else and worshiping Christ our only wise God and Savior. “O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.” Psalm 107:1.

We can feel the love of God most when we are focused and fully devoted to His praise and purpose for our lives. Scripture tells us to abide in God, which means that we should devote our entire being to the glory and worship God; “abide” means habitation; we are commanded to live in His presence. “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.” John 15:5.

So, let us cry hallelujah and join in wholehearted praise to our Great and Mighty God, He is wonderful!

“Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” Psalm 150

God’s sweet peace and blessings be yours as you praise Him for who He is and His faithfulness throughout all generations… to God be the glory!
