Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled

Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled

“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.” John 14:1.

A feeling of Hopelessness enters the heart, as there appears to be no end in sight to your current situation; there are times that you literally grasp to hang on to that feeling and desire for some sense of relief, and suddenly a still small voice says… “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.” John 14:1.

The light shines through the darkness, reminding us that there is hope in God! There is absolutely nowhere that we can find ourselves in life that God is not already there, holding, leading, and making a way out of no way. Psalm 139: 7-10 gives the assurance that God’s abiding presence is with us at all times. “Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me.

My friends, our hope, peace and deliverance is in God. So start this day knowing that whatever concerns your heart, and may make your load heavy to bear at this very moment… God has faithfully promised to take care of us. We can rest in these comforting words from our Lord “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28.

God knows exactly what’s going on in each of our lives at this very second. Let us keep this thougth close to our hearts-He is closer than the very air that we breathe, and has all authority in Heaven and on earth! He faithfully fulfils His promise –I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee: in His presence all sickness, loss, fear, anxiety, or whatever may betide your heart today…must obey His will!

So, stay encouraged…we are kept beneath His wings of love, and He has promised to always take care of us! “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.’ John 14:1.

God will take care of you

Through every day, o’er all the way

He will care for you

God will take care of you!

                                     -the late Aretha Franklin

God blessings and keep looking up!
