What Shall I Render?

What Shall I Render?

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.” Psalm 100:4

Psalm 100 is a call for us to praise and give thanks to God. God does not need us or anything that we can have or can do. Why? Because He is our Creator, and all things come from Him. Vanessa Bell Armstrong sung these lyrics, God has everything, and everything belongs to Him, All I can render is my body and my soul. That’s all I can render, that’s all I can give.

It is God’s will that we should serve Him, devote ourselves to His service and faithfully engage ourselves in giving Him the glory in all things. The scripture admonishes us  “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” 1 Thessalonians 5:18. In private or public praise, when we come before the presence of the Lord, it should be rendering a humble heart of thanksgiving.

Let us allow the driving force of our mental thoughts and actions be rendered in thanksgiving, honor, and praise today and always to our all wise and mighty God…to Him belongs all the glory…we serve a great and mighty God!

God blessings to all and praise Him with all that is within you!
